HTC suing Apple armed with Google Patents

Categories: Mobile News  |
I am sensing another cash cow about to be butchered as HTC is reportedly suing Apple using the patents it recently obtained from Google. According to reports, HTC is claiming four patent infringements against the Cupertino-based company.

These patents is said to have been issued originally to Motorola and was then transferred to HTC by Google. So what should we expect? Well, like any other patent war, we can expect months and months, if not years of hard-balling between the two companies while lawyers continue to get rich. And in the end, both companies we’ll reach an understanding in the form of a settlement or licensing fees.
